MVT Premium is a switchless inner rotor system with light coil of 55w.
The ignition is retarding.
Volume regulator needs to be purchased. Connection instructions are included.
Make sure that the ignition system gets sufficient cooling, the flywheel cover may need to be modified for this!
The adapter plate may need to be modified with new holes depending on the engine type
Very easy assembly!
1. Disassemble original flywheel and stator.
2. Put the piston in top (TDC)
3. Mount the adapter plate.
4. Mount the stator on the adapter plate.
5. Mount the rotor marking against the stator marking, NOTE! the direction of rotation.
6. Tighten the flywheel nut to the correct torque.
7. Mount the ignition coil with good ground to the frame.
8.Earth the yellow/green cable from the stator to the ignition coil.
9. Connect red/black from the stator to red/black on the ignition coil.
10. Connect the moped's stop function to white/black from the ignition coil.
11. Connect the yellow cable from the stator to the voltage regulator.
12. Insulate the white cable from the stator.
