How to pay
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, direct payment, against invoice, partial payment and Swish. We also have Paypal for customers in some countries outside Sweden where Klarna does not have a full Checkout with payment options in addition to Visa and Mastercard. This is to give customers in these countries a payment option in addition to Visa and Mastercard.
Klarna's payment options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 30 days: The payment period is 30 days from the shipment of the goods. The terms for paying within 30 days can be found here.
- Account: Klarna Account is an overdraft facility provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to pay for purchases monthly in installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total amount of credit used or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. - Pay Direct: Automatic debit from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or the goods have been shipped. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here
- Bank transfer: your account is debited immediately after the order is placed.

Currently (240130) Klarna offers Checkout with most payment options in the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Austria
At checkout, you complete your order. You will be asked to choose your payment method via Klarna Checkout. When you enter your social security number, Klarna will perform a credit check and a credit report may be taken. You will be notified immediately if your application has been approved. Similar methods are used in other countries.
Paypal payment options
If you choose to pay with Paypal, Paypal requires that the delivery is made to the address you have registered with Paypal. If you want delivery to an address other than the one you have registered with Paypal, you need to choose Klarna as a payment method.
Gift cards
It is possible to buy gift cards in our shop. You will receive a code that can then be used at checkout as payment. In the event of any returns, you will receive a new gift card to use at a later date. Gift cards are never refunded with money.
Delivery address
If you want your order to be delivered to a different address or name, you must change this before you place your order. We cannot change the address or name of the order after the order has been placed.
The basic requirements for paying by invoice are as follows:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have no record of non-payment
Sales outside Sweden : We are happy to ship abroad. When selling to countries outside the EU, the Swedish VAT is deducted from the final price. You pay VAT and any customs duties in your home country. You as a customer are responsible for any bank charges at the time of payment. Note that for deliveries outside the EU, there may be additional costs for customs clearance etc. by your local forwarder.
Norway: As of 1/6-2022, we will introduce VAT handling for Norway. This means that you as a customer from Norway now see the full amount including Norwegian VAT directly at the checkout and you also get no customs or other fees at the border crossing. The amount you pay at checkout is your total cost WITH ONE EXCEPTION: If you buy a part that individually costs over 3000 NOK, you will pay VAT and tax yourself for that particular part / parts. E.g. if you buy 10 parts for 4000 NOK of which one part costs 3001 NOK you will pay Norwegian VAT in our shop for the nine parts that each cost less than 3000 NOK but the part that costs 3001 NOK you will NOT pay VAT in our shop but you will have to pay Norwegian VAT at the border for that particular part. This is a Norwegian law (VOEC) that we cannot influence unfortunately.
So, if no single part costs over 3000 NOK even if the order total is well over 3000 NOK, there will be no duty, VAT or tax at the border.
If this happens anyway - please contact us so we can investigate what is going wrong.
Spare parts: Keep in mind that the parts we sell are mainly made for the Swedish market so differences may exist on mopeds in other countries. Look carefully at pictures and ask us to measure if you are wondering about something that is not measured.

For deliveries outside Sweden, there may be more shipping on some items. In that case, we will contact you before delivery and verify with you that you still want the delivery.
It is also possible to pick up the goods in Norrtälje. Choose pickup when ordering and stop by during our opening hours as soon as you receive a delivery email that we have picked your order.
If you realize that you missed ordering one or more products when you placed your order AND we have not yet shipped your order, you can place more orders and choose the free shipping method "Co-packing" as shipping method to get two or more orders in the same package. Note: Check that you have not received a delivery email on the pending order before you choose "Co-packing"!
Shipping fee: we have none, we also have no minimum purchase limit, sometimes it only takes a small thing to get a whole mop ready. Except for UK because of the strange VAT rules. Only orders over 135 pounds will be sent to the UK, which corresponds to about 1750 SEK in May 2023. More information here: Brexit info
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us, or have parental permission. The easiest way to arrange this is to ask a parent to email us at info@mopedrenovering.se
Tracking: We store the IP address of all orders. Otherwise, we will protect your personal data according to the Personal Data Act and we follow the GPDR. If you want all the information we have stored about you, please send an email to info@mopedrenovering.se.
Shipping company : We use PostNord and Schenker in Sweden and Bring and UPS for larger shipments outside Sweden.
Ordering : Is done on our website. We have no possibility to take mail or phone orders. This is because it is easy to misunderstand what parts you need so it is always best that you look at the pictures of the parts you need and choose what fits on your particular moped.
Phone contact : If you want to call us about something, you can reach us on 0176-48222 during our opening hours. We are good at answering emails: info@mopedrenovering.se. Normally we always reply within 24 hours on weekdays. If you give us your phone number and ask for it, we will call you back.

Delivery time : We normally ship the same day if you place your order weekdays before 14:00.
Product information:
We only sell the parts we have in stock. The parts you have placed in the shopping cart and paid for at checkout will be delivered.
It may, in exceptional cases, happen that you put an item in your shopping cart and it disappears before you have had time to complete your order. This may happen if, for example, we only have one item in stock of the item you are trying to buy and someone else places an order for it before you have completed your order. You will normally receive an error message telling you that this particular item has been removed from your order. In that case, you can place a watch on the item you were unable to purchase and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock.
We reserve the right against any misspellings in our descriptions. Errors can occur and we do everything we can to correct errors, but we take no responsibility if we happen to write a little wrong on a product description. However, we always try to solve any problems that may arise and you always have the right to return goods you do not want with certain exceptions as below.

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. For improper handling, no warranty applies to any product. Consequential damages to other products due to a defective product are not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not apply to any trim parts due to incorrect assembly, incorrect running-in or oil mixing, etc.
Mopedrenovering.se has no responsibility for events associated with the use of sold products.
All use of parts sold by mopedrenovering.se is entirely and completely under the responsibility of the buyer.
Contact in return issues is made at info@mopedrenovering.se If you provide a phone number and ask for it, we will call you back. Always state in the email the reason for the return and what action you want.
Returned parts must not have been assembled or damaged in any way and are returned in original packaging. It is perfectly ok to open the packages but avoid damaging them as much as possible so you can check if the part seems right. Do not use original packaging as packaging for returns. Put original packaging in an outer package.
The following exceptions apply: We do NOT accept returns on ignition systems, nozzles, parts for ignition systems and all items that are cut such as e.g. gasoline hose, cable, moldings, etc.
Cylinders and pistons that have cut or pinched due to incorrect fuel mixture, overheating, etc. are NOT EXCHANGED under warranty.
Running-in, etc.: All cylinders, pistons and piston bolts must be carefully oiled with two-stroke oil during assembly. A minimum 50 mile break-in is REQUIRED.
During break-in, avoid full throttle, vary throttle position to obtain adequate lubrication and avoid overheating. Use at least 3% two-stroke oil.
Transport damage : In the event of any shipping damage, YOU must report this to the shipping company, which will help you fill out a claim form. Don't forget to notify us as well.
Unclaimed packages: You as a customer are always fully responsible for ensuring that your package is picked up from the agent within the designated time.
If a package is returned to us because you have not picked up the package, we will contact you to ask if you want the package sent again. If you want your order resent, a new shipping fee and a return shipping fee will apply.
If you do not want the package sent again or if we do not get in touch with you, we will refund the value of the goods minus the initial shipping fee, return shipping fee (Sweden: SEK 79, other countries the cost depends on the return shipping fee) and a handling fee (SEK 100).
Uncollected order in Norrtälje : You as a customer are always fully responsible for your package being picked up at the intended time. If you do not pick up your order within 30 days, we will charge you a fee of SEK 100 by deducting the value of the goods.
Products: Many of our products are newly made, sometimes some processing is required to make them fit perfectly. We try to photograph them as well as possible and also describe in text as well as possible. Please also note that almost all parts are copies. If they are original parts, it is usually explicitly stated on the article.
Distance Contract Act: We obviously follow the Distance Contract Act, with its possibilities for withdrawal. If we end up in a dispute with a customer, we will follow ARN's recommendations.
Disputes: We hope that we can resolve all possible return issues and complaints so that you are completely satisfied, but if you are not satisfied with our handling, you can go here: EU's page on disputes.
All legal disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts and according to Swedish law.
Privacy policy: The personal information you provide here will only be used by mopedrenovering.se and will not be disclosed to third parties. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation.
Marketing: When you place an order with us, you accept that we can use your information to control our marketing.
Our partners comply with applicable industry standards and protect sensitive personal data such as card numbers e.g. with SSL encryption.
You always have the right to access the information we have stored about you and to have it deleted if it is incorrect or irrelevant. Please contact us if necessary.
