How do I order?

Can I order by phone/email/etc?
We are happy to answer questions and help on the phone but all orders must be placed via our webshop.
We are unable to accept orders in any other way than via the webshop.

Can I come by and shop directly?
We are unable to accept orders in any other way than via the webshop.
However, you can shop with "Pickup" as a shipping method and then you can pick up your order when we have picked it.
Place an order in the webshop and wait for an email that your order is picked. Then you can pick up your order.

The shop is complicated!
It may be a good idea to clear cookies and other web history from your browser. It seems that for some, things are still there and interfering. (You should do that from time to time anyway...)
Here are links for the most common browsers on how to do this:

Or test from another device/other browser.

I would need to add some things to my order.Can I do that without paying another shipping fee?
It is possible to complete an order by selecting "Co-packing" as the shipping method. There is no extra shipping cost. Just place the order before we pack the first order.


Unfortunately, I have bought the wrong parts. What is the easiest way to do this?Can I send the parts directly to you and have them exchanged for other parts?

In summary: Return the parts you do not want. As long as the parts are completely clean, undamaged and have not been assembled, you will of course get your money back for them.
Send us a copy of your order where you mark what you want to return.
We will refund via the same payment method as you paid for your order. We do not make exchanges.
Please note that you must have returned the parts within 14 days. Send with Postnord. We do not pick up packages at delivery points more than one km from us.

NOTE: If you are making a return from a country outside the EU, you must include a correct commercial invoice and state that it is a return on goods from the shipment you received from us. Please indicate the original shipment's package ID on the commercial invoice and write e.g.

"This is a return of parts from shipment <tracking number from e.g. UPS, enter number and carrier> due to wrong parts ordered."

Contact us and we can help you with a commercial invoice that MUST accompany the shipment. If you return goods that incur costs to us, we will deduct our costs from the amount you receive back for the returned goods.

I have not received an invoice.How do I pay?
The invoice should normally arrive in an email or, if you have chosen it at the time of your purchase, in a regular letter after a few days.
If this has not happened: Contact Klarna. They can find your invoice using your social security number and order number and resend it.

I can't manage to create a login.How do I pay?
Sorry our shop won't work for you.
You don't need to create an account to shop.
Once you have added the items you need to your cart, click the green button in the top right corner that says "Checkout".
In the next step when it says "Customer Login" at the top, you can either register as a new customer via the "View Registration Form" button, but it is not necessary. You can also click the "Checkout" button at the top under the heading "Guest - Make purchases without logging in".
On the next page with the heading "Fill in your details" you fill in all your details. If you pay by card, you do not need to provide your social security number, but your card details will be provided in the next step.

I have managed to forget my password!How can I log in again?
If you click on "Log in" at the top right, a login box will appear. To the right, below the yellow fields, there is a link "Forgot password" which you click and you can then reset your password.

Alternatively, you can also just place an order without logging in. You can then enter your name and address etc. and your order will go through as if you were a new customer.


I wonder if you have the option to send against cash on delivery?
Unfortunately not. We currently have invoice, direct payment and card payment, Swish etc. via Klarna.

I only need a very small and cheap thing.Can't you send it in a letter and give me cheaper shipping?
We always use tracking shipping so both you and we can see if the carrier loses the shipment.


I can't pay your invoice for some strange reason, can I Swisha or make a transfer to some account number.

Do you have article XXXX in stock for moped YYYY?
All articles that have a "Buy" button are in stock. If we do not have a particular item in stock at the moment, it says "Watch". You can then click "Watch" and enter your email address and you will receive an email when we have the item in stock again.


Does item XXXXX look like your picture?
They should definitely look like the picture. We have photographed everything ourselves.


Does your article XXXXX fit my moped of model YYYYYY?
Unfortunately, we can not always answer that as there have been so many variants of all mops over the years and it is not entirely uncommon for mopeds that are 40-50 years old to have been built as a whole.

The safest thing is that you figure out for yourself what might fit among our articles and then we are happy to measure and so you can compare and check that it seems to be able to fit your moped.

NOS - what does it mean?
NOS means New Old Stock. I.e. it is an original part that has been on the shelf for many years. It may have some imperfections such as surface rust, scratches, etc. but it is an original part made by the original manufacturer.


What is the shipping cost to my address?
You can check shipping rates here: Shipping rates
You can also find out the shipping price by adding items to your cart and then going to check out. Once you have specified the country you want your order to be shipped to, the shipping price will be calculated automatically.


Can you send my order to a different address?
If you order with Klarna, the name and delivery address will be directed to your registered address and we cannot change the delivery address.

My moped won't start. Can you help me get it started?
At the moment we don't have time to help you with repairs as we need to concentrate on delivering parts, but mopeds are easy to fix yourself. For example, we recommend the following self-help articles:

I accidentally ordered with "Shared shipment" without having a previous order.What do I do now?
You now need to add an order with anything and choose a valid shipping method. E.g. 14817 which is extra cost for shipping but as it costs only one krona, it is the cheapest item you can use. We will then ship your order you placed earlier.


I live far from the service point.
Then use the link to the carrier with the package ID that you received in the mail from us when we sent your package, to see if they can provide another solution.
