Variator nut BGM PRO for Piaggio Ciao, Bravo, Si, Boxer

The BGM variator nut has a collar that extends about 4mm into the variator, ensuring that the entire crankshaft thread is used. It was developed for Polini Speedcontrol and Malossi Multivar The width across the plates is 22mm. The outer diameter of the collar is approx. 10mm. When using the SC vario nut, the locking plate is not needed. We recommend medium-strength thread locking, e.g. from Loctite Tightening torque for the vario nut is 20Nm. Do not tighten with a wrench!
