Replaces Bosch ignition system marked 0 212 112 ___ for: mainly machines without brake lights. Suitable for the following engines: Puch, Tomos, Sachs, Zündapp M50(247/434), Zweirad Union, Kreidler, HVA Flinta(with gear transmission) etc.
Technical data:
Stator plate, outer diameter: Ø= ca.90mm
Stator plate, bolt distance c-c: ca.79.mm (4 fastening holes)
Ignition coil/light coil, bolt distance: c-c: ca.54mm
Light coil: 6V-19W
For crankshaft with conicity: K1:5(20%) and input diameter ~12mm
Direction of rotation: Counterclockwise(left side), Clockwise(right side)
Flywheel puller: Thread M26x1,5 Article no. 10186
Recommended bulbs/signal horns:
Front light: 6V-15/15W
Rear light: 6V-3~4W
Signal horn: 6V/AC (alternating current) Article no. 10148
NOTE!
Grease the felt that lubricates the flywheel cam to reduce wear on the switch jaw!
The contact distance is set to approx. 0.35~0,45mm at fully open switch tips. Performed using a blade gauge

If you are going to mount on a Puch with a fan wheel, check that you do not have an older fan wheel with 115 mm in inner diameter, then you need to turn down the flywheel slightly or buy a new fan, article no. 16006 (There is also more information about this)
