Flywheel magneto NTS 6V-19W for Ilo/Victoria/NSU/Pilot/HVA etc. Replaces Stefa, Noris, Bosch, Siba, Romag, Auto Union & Prüfrex ignition systems for a number of engines with the shorter bolt distance for the stator plate and the narrower cone for the flywheel. Suitable for ILO G50, HVA D engine, NSU, Pilot FM50/FM504, Victoria M50/M51, DKW 801 and others. * For some engines, adjustment by means of a strobe light may be required! Technical data: Flywheel, outer diameter: Ø=115mm Stator plate, outer diameter: Ø= approx. 85.5mm Stator plate, bolt distance c-c: approx. 67mm Ignition coil/light coil, bolt distance: c-c: approx.54mm Light coil: 6V-19W Direction of rotation: Counterclockwise/Clockwise (*see above) For crankshaft with conicity: K1:10(10%) and input diameter Ø=10mm On some ILO G50 engines you may have to grind off the lugs on the inside of the flywheel housing a little for the flywheel to roll freely! Ignition cable not included select art.nr 29969 (NOTE! The ignition cable must be soldered to the ignition coil and should be anchored in the ignition coil) Extra ignition coil is available on art.no 28289 Puller art.no 23231 fits the flywheel. The insulator plate must be mounted under the ignition cable on the ignition coil (according to pictures) to avoid overshoot. Also grease the felt that lubricates the flywheel cam to reduce wear on the switch jaw! The contact distance is set to approx. 0.35~0.45mm at fully open switch tips.
