Delaying circuit for Kokusan breakerless

Mounting instructions are below. Click on "Ignition Setting Instructions" Question: I understand that the pre-ignition should be set to 3.0mm at idle and 1.0 - 1.5mm at max rpm but how does the circuit work? Does it move the pre ignition NEARER the piston top position -->YES I.e. is it 3.0mm I should set it to at idle and then the circuit moves the ignition point 1.5 - 2.0mm towards E.D with increasing rpm, i.e. so that the advance is 1.0 - 1.5mm E.D at max rpm? -->; If that is the setting you want then that is how the circuit works.
