Replaces Bosch generators marked 0212 122 ___ for: Puch, Tomos, Sachs, Kreidler, Zündapp, Zweirad Union and others.
Can also replace Stefa K80 generators for Husqvarna Flinta.
Intended for machines with brake lights.
Fits speed wind cooled and fan cooled models.
NOTE: Lamps may need to be replaced to match the specified wattage!(see below)
If you are going to mount on a Puch with a fan wheel, check that you do not have an older fan wheel with 115 mm in inner diameter, then you need to turn down the flywheel slightly or buy a new fan, article no. 16006 (There is also more information about this)

Flywheel, outer diameter: 116mm
Stator plate, outer diameter: Ø = approx. 90mm
Stator plate, bolt distance c-c: approx. 79.mm (4 fastening holes)
Ignition coil/light coil, bolt distance: c-c: approx. 54mm
Ignition cable: L=~400mm
Light/brake coil: 6V-15-5W
Tail light coil: 6V-3W
For crankshaft with conicity: K1:5(20%) and input diameter ~12mm
Direction of rotation: Counterclockwise(left side), Clockwise(right side)
Holes for mounting impeller: 4xM5 and 3xM6
Flywheel puller: Thread M26x1,5 Article no. 10186
Wiring diagram included for correct connection.
Recommended bulbs/signal horns:
Front light: 6V-15/15W
Rear light: 6V-3W
Brake light: 6V-5W
Signal horn: 6V/AC (AC) Article no. 10148
NOTE!
Grease the felt that lubricates the flywheel cam to reduce wear on the switch jaw!
The contact distance is set to approx. 0.35~0.45mm at fully open switch tips. Performed with the help of a blade measure
