High quality and very user-friendly switchless flywheel magnet. Suitable for Puch, Sachs, Zündapp, Kreidler, Tomos, Husqvarna Flinta (gear transmission), Zweirad Union and others. Suitable for speedwind cooled and fan cooled models.
The kit is delivered complete as shown in the picture.
Can replace Bosch, Iskra, Ducati, Motoplat, Stefa and other ignition systems.

Flywheel, outer diameter: 116mm
Stator plate, outer diameter: Ø= ca.90mm
Stator plate, bolt distance c-c: approx. 79.mm (4 fastening holes)
Primary coil/light coil, bolt distance: c-c: approx. 54mm
Light coil: 12V-43W (intended for use with voltage regulator)
Direction of rotation: Counterclockwise (left side) Clockwise (right side)
For crankshaft with conicity: K1:5(20%) and input diameter Ø=12mm
Holes for mounting fan wheel: 4xM5 and 3xM6
Flywheel puller: Thread M26x1.5 Article no. 10186
Electrical diagram for mounting included.
Recommended bulbs / Signal horn:
Front light: 12V-35/35W
Brake light: 12V-5W
Rear light: 12V-3~4W
Signal horn: 12V/AC (alternating current)
If you are going to mount on a Puch with a fan wheel, check that you do not have an older fan wheel with 115 mm in inner diameter, then you need to turn the flywheel down slightly or buy a new fan, article no. 16006 (There is also more information about this)
