Bottom plate/mounting ring with outer diameter 90mm
Mvt premium is a switchless inner rotor system with light coil of 55w.
The ignition is retarding, fits on Zundapp, Sachs and Puch.
The adapter plate may need to be modified with new holes depending on the engine type.
Supplied with combined ignition coil cdi.
Volume regulator needs to be purchased. Connection instructions are included.
Ensure that the ignition system receives sufficient cooling. The flywheel cover may need to be modified for this!
Very easy assembly!
1. Disassemble original flywheel and stator.
2. Set the piston for 40mm stroke to 0.40mm before (ÖDL) or if you have 45mm stroke to 0.35mm before (ÖDL).
3. Mount the adapter plate.
4. Mount the stator on the adapter plate.
5. Mount the rotor marking against the stator marking, NOTE! the direction of rotation.
6. Tighten the flywheel nut to the correct torque.
7.Fit ignition coil with good earth to the frame.
8. Earth yellow/green cable from stator to ignition coil.
9. Connect red/black from stator to red/black on ignition coil.
10. Connect moped stop function to white/black from ignition coil.
11. Connect yellow cable from stator to voltage regulator.
12. Insulate white cable from stator.
