Tuning specialist 2Fast has long been known for its exquisite high-performance parts in the 70cc to 100cc range, now the brand is entering the 50cc class with its first 2Fast 50cc cylinder, here for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal LC engine (Yamaha Aerox etc.). Just like its more powerful siblings, this "small" 2Fast cylinder delivers maximum performance and flawless workmanship - true high-end engineering at its best. The 2Fast 50cc Minarelli horizontal LC cylinder is a high-end aluminium cylinder with a durable Nikasil coating, complete with a CNC-machined blue anodized cylinder head in classic 2Fast style. It comes with a 1-ring piston featuring a racing-oriented domed piston crown, perfectly matched to the high-compression racing combustion dome. 5 large transfer ports in the classic performance-oriented 2Fast design, precisely calculated timing and a generous exhaust with boost ports - the result is simply bomb. With the right setup (large carburetor, digital internal rotor ignition, high-end racing exhaust), this kit can deliever amazing results. The cylinder must be used with an 85mm connecting rod and standard stroke. It is ideally matched to the 2Fast crankshaft, although other crankshafts with the same specifications are also suitable. Recommended squish clearance is 0.6 mm, the kit includes 5 different thickness base gaskets to get the perfect value.
