Made of a special aluminum mixture containing silicon and titanium, which provides exceptional strength and resistance even at very high temperatures, Malossi guarantees that the size and mechanical specifications remain unchanged up to 250°C.
The cylinder is nikasil-treated to obtain a hard and durable surface.
Designed and manufactured specifically for racing.
The piston has a graphite coating which provides extremely low friction, and the piston is reinforced to withstand the enormous stresses, while being very light to reduce the stresses inside the cylinder.
The piston ring is made of 1 mm cast iron with hard chrome plating.
The combustion chamber is specially designed to obtain the highest possible compression ratio (16.5:1).
In order to get the power that this cylinder kit can give and to give it a proper internal cooling, it should be combined with at least a 21 mm carburetor.
Together with a racing system you can get up to 18Hp.
