Advantages of the Stage6 BigRacing cylinder
Easy installation: Installation is particularly straightforward as no milling work is required on the engine block. The clamping clearance is optimized for the respective engine type.
High performance: 27 hp and 13 Nm were measured on the P4 test bench.
Robust and reliable: The cylinder porting times (190° - 125°), the large cooling volume and the high-quality Vertex piston ensure high reliability - provided the set-up and settings are correct.
Use the Stage6 BigRacing cylinder
The stroke volume is 88cc (50 mm piston), i.e. not allowed for road traffic. You should use a reinforced crankshaft with standard stroke.
From the outside, the cylinder is a copy of the original cylinder with a stamped 49cc marking; but don't worry, it is clearly an 88cc cylinder.
Note: we recommend using "long" cylinder head nuts to be able to tighten the cylinder head properly.
Without road approval.
